Your Cheat Sheet for Going Global

High-quality information doesn’t mean much if you can’t find your way around – ensure the user interface is intuitive and the design shows foresight.  

Accurate Information:

This goes without saying – information accuracy is mandatory, and needs to be backed by law firms with knowledge of the local rules.

On-the-Ground Team:

Your selected provider should actively team with local law firms in each jurisdiction to source their information, and have a dedicated team to support you as a customer.

Secure Portal Access:

Any technology provider needs to ensure site integrity and the safety of their user profiles, in addition to meeting some of the highest penetration test requirements in the industry.

Access Provisioning:

Provisioning different levels of access for different members of your team is great for audit purposes, in addition to the confidence that comes from knowing the right people are accessing the right information. 

A Centralized Dashboard For All of Your Information:

An intuitive design requires a centralized dashboard, which delivers key information based on your jurisdictions.

Customized Reminders and Alerts:

Your selected provider should give you the ability to schedule reminders and alerts, notifying you of key action items in your plans so you never miss an important date.  

Document and Resource Library:

A dynamic repository of information should have resources in a variety of forms.

Customized Participant Tax Guides:

Beyond standard documentation, customized participant tax guides deliver next-level value to your employees.
