Detailed research that studies the difference among various employee groups is essential to business executives and human resources professionals who are charged with the development and implementation of effective management practices and benefit programs that include equity compensation plans. This study, which surveyed 1,100 U.S. workers employed full time at publicly traded companies, reveals five important findings that are highlighted in this paper.
